I have just begun a very rigorous diet and exercise routine. I lost 2-3 pounds in one day alone. I don't think it is unreasonable that I will be able to lose 10-12 pounds per week in the beginning (diminishing as I begin losing more weight). I am not obese by any means (6'2", 200 lbs), I just want to lose some belly fat quickly and continue building muscle once I have a flatter stomach. My workout routine is 6 days a week, twice a day (first for lifting, and going back later for cardio). I am not starving myself, but ONLY eating salads (1-2 bowls a day so far) and drinking post-workout protein shakes. I had to take a double take at the price to make sure the drill was in the right slot and sure enough it was. With frame by frame you draw out your line in it's entirety, copy that frame to the 50th frame......just a generic number......and then start copying and pasting backwards towards the first frame each time erasing a little of the line. So I would copy the 50th frame paste it in the 49th frame, erase a little, copy the 49th paste in the 48th erase a little and so on until you achieve the results you need. I have just begun a very rigorous diet and exercise routine. I lost 2-3 pounds in one day alone. I don't think it is unreasonable that I will be able to lose 10-12 pounds per week in the beginning (diminishing as I begin losing more weight). I am not obese by any means (6'2", 200 lbs), I just want to lose some belly fat quickly and continue building muscle once I have a flatter stomach. I read the features of video playback, one of them is: "Left, Right and Stereo channel selection available for all two channel audio-streams" I think it means that I can turn off left or right audio channel while playing a video file. Last Sunday I was at HD looking around, and the 24XLI (that I had my eye on for a while) was taged at $179.95, online at HD its still $299. I had to take a double take at the price to make sure the drill was in the right slot and sure enough it was. I went home to do a little reserch as to why the big mark down.The only thing I found on the neg side was on this site, because of the batteries shutting down. With the warrenty I figured it was worth spending that little money for a 24volt. I bought my old 12v dewalt when 12v jsut came out and it was $225 then, so what a deal the 24 is today.
